The name Abeles refers to the wine merchant who built the cellar on the Somló hill almost 100 years ago, what Imre’s father (following an old Hungarian tradition called also Imre Halász) has recently acquired. This is where he is carrying out his various winemaking operations, making wine from grapes coming from 4 different villages in a 60km radius.
