DESCRIPTION
The village of Ritzing is located on the Austrian side of the border right next to Sopron. The terroir is calcareous and this represents one of the most precise, perfumed and elegant versions of Blaufränkisch. Very feminine and charming in the nose; crunchy red cherry, violet, dry herbal notes. Don't be surprised by this sweetly perfumed wine, it has a backbone and power, so you immediately know that you have something unique and complex in your glass.

Veal with Sage, Rabbit with olives, chicken in the oven, so certainly generously seasoned white meats, but also with raw beef; steak tartare, carpaccio, tagliata.
