DESCRIPTIONWorld famous for a good reason. This sweet Hungarian wine is made with a unique winemaking process. The Aszú berries (berries loosing their water content leaving only sugar behind) are collected through several passages in the vineyard, then a paste is made out of it and poured up with the fermenting must (100l must to 100kg berries) of the base wine what was harvested earlier. The maceration takes up to 3 days. After pressing, spontaneous fermentation in small Hungarian oak barrels and ageing for a minimum of 2 years.
